Here is how a Dakota Raine order moves from checkout to your door.

Where we deliver

Our delivery area is the contiguous 48 United States. Addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military postal regions are outside our current delivery area. Our business and returns address is in Anchorage; the delivery area above applies to customer orders.

Two parts to the timeline

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. After dispatch, allow 3–7 days for transit. Processing happens Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. These are estimates rather than a guaranteed arrival date; weather, carrier disruptions and holiday volume can affect delivery.

Shipping charges

Orders of $59 or more receive free standard shipping. For an order below $59, standard shipping is $6.99. The threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after any applicable discount, before tax. Your checkout summary shows the charge before you place an order.

Tracking and address details

When your order is dispatched, we email the tracking information available for the shipment. Please check the street address, apartment number and ZIP at checkout. If something needs changing, contact us promptly; an address change may not be possible once a parcel is on its way.

A parcel needs attention

For a delayed, missing or damaged delivery, send your order number and any useful details to [email protected]. Keep packaging and photographs if damage is visible so we can help investigate with the carrier. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how we handle incorrect or damaged items.
