How do I choose a size?

Start with the garment chart on that product page. The sizes are the garment’s own labels, not a promise of a standard U.S. fit. Compare chest, shoulder, sleeve and length measurements with a similar piece you own. Leave extra space if you plan to wear a sweater underneath.

Which length works for a commute?

Short jackets are easy to balance with high-rise pants. A mid-length coat gives more coverage over a shirt, and a long coat creates a continuous line over a dress or wide trousers. Check the actual garment length against your body and consider how it feels when seated.

Are these technical outdoor jackets?

Our collection is for everyday city and weekend dressing. Unless a product page expressly gives a supported performance specification, do not assume weatherproofing or a temperature rating.

How should I care for a knit or coat?

Follow the sewn-in care label. Fiber and construction vary between styles, so one washing method will not suit the whole collection. Avoid guessing a wash temperature or tumble-drying setting from the fabric’s appearance.

Where can an order be delivered?

We deliver within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and military postal addresses are outside the delivery area.

What does shipping cost, and how long does it take?

Standard shipping is free on orders of $59 or more and $6.99 below that amount. Processing takes 1–3 business days; transit then takes 3–7 days. See the Shipping Policy for timing details.

Can I return a style that does not suit me?

You have 30 days after delivery to start a return. Keep the garment unworn, unwashed and unused with its original packaging and tags. Return it to Dakota Raine LLC, 2327 Eureka St #C3, Anchorage, AK 99503, with your order details, or contact us for help. Customer-choice returns use customer-paid postage; we cover return shipping for quality issues, incorrect items and transit damage.

When is a refund issued?
