These terms apply to use of shopdakotaraine.com and purchases from Dakota Raine LLC. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of the purchase terms.

Using the store

You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority in your state, to place an order. Provide accurate contact and address details, and keep your account credentials private. Do not use the site for fraud, interference, unlawful activity or unauthorized access.

Products and information

We aim to describe each garment accurately. Measurements are approximate and colors can look different across screens. Use the individual garment chart rather than assuming that a letter size matches a standard U.S. size. Product photographs may include styling pieces; the purchase includes only the item described in the listing.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Placing an order submits a purchase request; an automated receipt does not guarantee acceptance. If an item becomes unavailable, information is materially incorrect, or an order cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel it and refund any amount collected. We will contact you about a significant price or product error before proceeding with a changed order.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if an order needs changing or cancellation. We will check what is possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch. Return rights are explained in the linked return policy.

Site content and responsibility

The Dakota Raine name, visual identity and original site content belong to Dakota Raine LLC or their respective rights holders. You may use the site for personal shopping; copying or commercially reusing its content without permission is prohibited.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use. These terms do not remove consumer rights, remedies or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
